By visiting metaphysicalireland.com, or by corresponding with us by phone, WhatsApp, or email, or other means, or by submitting any information to us on paper or digitally, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this policy.
You must be over the age of 18 to avail of our services. Metaphysical Ireland does not currently offer any services or products for minors.
All group and individual sessions are recorded (audio) and online sessions on Zoom are recorded with both audio and video. All recordings and/or session notes will be kept offline on a drive in a locked file cabinet. All records will be kept for a minimum of 5 years from your last session to comply with insurance requirements. If the law in the Republic of Ireland requires Metaphysical Ireland to hold records for a longer period, we will comply with the current law accordingly.

Important note: We've all seen how even the most famous companies can be hacked and user information can get in the hands of the wrong people. Your smart phone is not secure. Your computer is not secure. Email and online communication, and even WhatsApp is not guaranteed for privacy or security of your personal information or conversations. Encryption works most of the time, but not 100% of the time. Please always keep this in mind. Because of this reality, Metaphysical Ireland keeps confidential files on paper and on external drives that will be kept in a locked filed cabinet.
